Oil City Iron Works, Inc. has both green sand and no-bake mold line operations in a single 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that can produce machined castings from 5 to 8,000 lbs. Capabilities also include heat treating and surface coating. OCIW manufacturing is supported by leading Quality Assurance technology, such as MAGMA Flow software, Capture 3D scanning capabilities and in-house chemical/mechanical certification. OCIW has been in continuous operation since 1886.
