Oil City Iron Works, Inc. has both green sand and no-bake mold line operations in a single 250,000-square-foot manufacturing facility that can produce machined castings from 5 to 8,000 lbs. Capabilities also include heat treating and surface coating. OCIW manufacturing is supported by leading technology in Quality Assurance, such as, MAGMA Flow software, Capture 3D scanning capabilities and in-house chemical/mechanical certification.
